Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental
Security Income Disability (SSI)

According to the Social Security Administration, studies show that a twenty-year old
worker has a 3 in 10 chance of becoming disabled before reaching retirement age. Unless
you were born with your disability, becoming ill with a serious illness or becoming
physically disabled due to an illness or an accident is usually a shock, an unexpected
occurrence for most adults and children. Like many people who become disabled and can
no longer work, you may feel emotionally devastated and isolated as you probably never
expected to be unable to work.

While Attorney Spiller's experience in successfully litigating Social Security Disability and
Supplemental Security Income claims will help you with obtaining the best result possible
for your case, her own personal experience as a person with disabilities means you have an
advocate in your corner that understands the pain and suffering you are experiencing on a
daily basis.

Most initial applications for SSDI and SSI filed by applicants are denied. Our firm will help
you overturn an unfavorable decision. We are successful at obtaining the best possible
results for claimants.

If you have not yet applied but you qualify for disability benefits, we can help you apply for
SSDI benefits or SSI. If your child is disabled, we can also help you apply or appeal a
denial related to SSI disability benefits for your child. See our
Social Security Disability
and SSI information page for more information.
